Better off getting a court appointed attorney than hiring James. I wouldn't hire him to carry out my groceries.
I wouldn't hire this guy to carry out my groceries. James is a liar, not a lawyer. James tells you what you want to hear, shows up late, and does not do his job. I sent him all the info to proof to win my case, and he did not do his preparation for the case at all. James showed up for trial (7 months...

Replied last May 16, 2016I'm sorry that you're unhappy with our representation. We did everything to prepare for your case, and unfortunately you had a bad outcome. We could not call the witnesses you requested since under Michigan Court Rules their testimony was not relevant. The evidence you provided was not relevant either, and would do nothing to exonerate you unfortunately. Again, we are sorry that you are upset with your outcome. Every case is factually different and no outcome is guaranteed.

Amazing Lawyer!
Back in November I was a minor charged with an OWI, and with Scozzari's help he got me the best sentencing possible. My charge was lowered and he got me a fantastic deal with the judge. He will definitely be my lawyer from here on out!

Probation Violation
I hired James to represent a friend of mine on a probation violation charge. James was very professional and provided excellent service. The charges were dropped and he's no longer on probation with the county.
