Poor performance by a professional
Do not hire for family law. Hired for my son. Missed major deadline and very poor communication. . Ended up spending thousands to lsettle for wsy less than any patent should have too.

Better off getting a court appointed attorney than hiring James. I wouldn't hire him to carry out my groceries.

Replied last May 16, 2016I'm sorry that you're unhappy with our representation. We did everything to prepare for your case, and unfortunately you had a bad outcome. We could not call the witnesses you requested since under Michigan Court Rules their testimony was not relevant. The evidence you provided was not relevant either, and would do nothing to exonerate you unfortunately. Again, we are sorry that you are upset with your outcome. Every case is factually different and no outcome is guaranteed.
