With this information in hand, Jerry started his negotiation with the prosecutor for the next several months and was finally able to bring the charges down to CARELESS DRIVING with OPEN INTOXICANT – DRIVER resulting in virtually no penalty but ONLY a small fine. The entire ordeal took nearly nine months but at the end due to Jerry’s strong abilities in dealing with DUI, the case had a favorable ending. I strongly recommend Jerry to anyone in a similar type of situation.

I hired attorney Jerry Lykins just over a month and half ago to help resolve and defend me in several old cases I had in two separate West Michigan Courts. Mr.Lykins is (in my opinion) the best lawyer anyone looking can hope to find! I've been his client for several different cases since 2009 i do believe. From serious felonies to misdemeanors, and even phone calls (a lot of them) with miscellaneous legal questions I have. He always returns my call extr...emely fast always within the day and he is a very busy man and does whatever he can. Extremely skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to law (very impressed) and most definitely has the best pricing i've came across. When I first called Jerry he was representing my then husband who already had a couple felonies on his record and it didn't look good for him at all. The first lawyer office I called was rude and made me feel hopeless about the situation and was also very pricey. I was scared but I had no doubt Jerry would fix it and would call me with every new detail he had and told me what to do with everything. He got the cased dismissed because they didn't have the videos they claimed they had and I got to see just how good Jerry is at what he does for myself up close. Now 2013 I contact Jerry with some type of legal issue/question at least once a month it seems like. He always treats me with respect, has an AMAZING price, doesn't make me feel stupid, AND THROUGHOUT THE YEARS I'VE KNOWN HIM HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE FOR ME!!
