Damian Nunzio gave me advice however I chose to hire another attorney. That was a huge mistake. I should have listened to Mr. Nunzio. Damian even showed up for me on a sentencing date without me even paying him for it. I later saw damian I thought the first thing I would here is where is my money. Mr.Nunzio talks big, and will reel you in when you first meet him. However, once paid, he does nothing he originally told you he would do. He acts impressive, almost manic, when outside the courtroom. At trial, he was an unprepared. I almost felt embarrassed for him. The prosecutor walked all over h...im. He did not carry out any of the strategies he had discussed with me. He was even offensive to the prospective jurors during jury selection.
