Damian D. Nunzio

Damian Nunzio gave me advice however I chose to hire another attorney. That was a huge mistake. I should have listened to Mr. Nunzio. Damian even showed up for me on a sentencing date without me even paying him for it. I later saw damian I thought the first thing I would here is where is my money. No...t the case at all he never mentioned it. Instead he took more of his time to give advice again, after me being a total jerk to him. DAMIAN D. NUNZIO KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! I wish I would have hired and listened to him. If God was on trial I would recommend Damian D. Nunzio. I hired Damian and his attitude over the phone drew me in. In front of other lawyers he completely backed down and became so soft it was embarrassing. He was late to EVERY court appearance and he was never prepared. For example he was supposed to have a list of questions to ask me but he didn't. He q...uickly scribbled them down when the other party's lawyer started asking them. He accused me of being guilty over the phone and literally yelled at me and called me names during that same conversation. I couldn't reach him for 2 months so I missed important deadlines pertinent to my case and when I did reach him he got upset and started talking bad to me and yelling at me. I fired him on the spot! Not to mention the day my check hit his bank he went on vaction and literally tried to leave the judge's chambers (which I could not enter) and get on the road. He actually told me "I'm going on vacation and I will tell you what happened in there when I get back in 2 weeks." What a joke. Save your money. You would seriously be better off representing yourself! I'm only giving him 1 star because the site forces you to!
