Damian Nunzio gave me advice however I chose to hire another attorney. That was a huge mistake. I should have listened to Mr. Nunzio. Damian even showed up for me on a sentencing date without me even paying him for it. I later saw damian I thought the first thing I would here is where is my money. No...t the case at all he never mentioned it. Instead he took more of his time to give advice again, after me being a total jerk to him. DAMIAN D. NUNZIO KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! I retained Nunzio to defend my sons CSC case which carried a life sentence. He put no effort into this case. No depo's, no investigation, did not offer into evidence important defense evidence, allowed illegally obtained forced confession into evidence, no case strategy, court asked for independ...ent defense forensic evaluation, he never obtained. This evidence would have been key to his defense. Allowed defendant to make his own plea without support of council No plea barging. Allowed felony's that were misdemeanors into evidence. Never visited his client or got to know him or his disabilities, allowed him to stay in county jail for 2 years. Accusations are supported by court documents and witnesses. He was reported to the bar association of Michigan. He told me that he prays on Sunday and convicts on Monday. He found that funny!!!
