I contacted Mr. West to assist with a procession of marijuana charge. The amount was so minimal and I had nothing else on my record. Jeff thoroughly reviewed my case and the police report to weigh our options. He requested the evidence and proper lab testing in the hopes of getting the case dismissed... for lack of evidence. When it came to the day of the trial, they had the evidence and we thought we would have to use my 74-11. Jeff spoke with the prosecutor and police officer that was at the scene. They agreed to dismiss the case off my record as long as I sign an agreement, The agreement states I have to complete only 20 hours of community service and some other terms. Jeff was referred to me from another attorney in Grand Rapids who doesn't take cases in Muskegon County. My first phone call to him was promptly returned and he was able to answer all my questions. Attorney West is very knowledgeable and familiar with the court system due to background and experience. If you want the best representation then hire him as he is worth the investment. He is very personable and easy to talk to. His advice is always helpful and in my case, I believe he was paramount ...to keeping me out of jail.
