I’ve unfortunately have had to use Mr Dowling twice . His rates were right up front and fair . He calmed me down told what to do before court and how to respond once I got to court. He’s very straightforward and knowledgeable regarding the law in my opinion . I sincerely hope to never have to use him... again but would not hesitate to call him again if needed

I hired Mr Dowling to represent me in a case. I couldn’t be more pleased with the representation I received. I told him what I was up against and he told me exactly what I was up against and didn’t sugar coat anything. I’m very pleased with the outcome I received as was more than fair and was the bes...t case cenerio I could have asked for. I would recommend him if asked. Mr. Dowling was very through in handling my case. As he explained in our counciltation he had been practicing law for upwards of 30 years, after witch his experience became apparent. He walked me through step by step on measures we needed to take and also explained why. The whole process made me feel... extremely comfortable.
