I hired Mr Dowling to represent me in a case. I couldn’t be more pleased with the representation I received. I told him what I was up against and he told me exactly what I was up against and didn’t sugar coat anything. I hired this lawyer for a minor traffic ticket. I was charged $500 and was told it was dismissed only to find out later on the traffic ticket still shows up. Dowling doesn't care about the person he cares about the money and trying to get by. Tread with caution... I'm sure he probably doesn't screw e...veryone over, so just be careful.
