Excellent representation I couldn't be happier with Mark!
I reached out to Mark Wilkinson with concerns and questions regarding an employment situation that had adversely effected me. Since day 1 of contacting Mark he was responsive, understanding, thorough, detailed, and driven. He made me feel like my case was his biggest priority, always answered any questions, comments, concerns, and aggressively worked to resolve my case. I would consider him a professional, an advocate for employees, and an all around great guy. He truly understands people and can resonate with what you've gone through. Mark represented me in case and I would like to share my strongest and sincerest recommendation of his services. Mark was recommended to me by a contact I received though my brother who is a practicing attorney. I am incredibly grateful I was given this recommendation. Honest and compassionate
After being unceremoniously let go by my previous employer I had some legal questions. I filled out the online form in the evening and by the following morning I received a personal phone call from Mark. His mannerisms were very professional but with an empathetic tone. After asking some key questions; he requested some more information to be sent over. A couple days later after reviewing my case files he called up with his conclusion. In a tactful and to the point conversation he assured me that I indeed got hosed but legally I should walk away because we would lose. That’s what I needed to find out. He elaborated of course and I really appreciated his honesty. His expert advice allowed me to move forward and hold my head high vs heading into a court room where the outcome would not be in my favor. I highly recommend his office.

One of a Kind
Mark was the only lawyer out of 30 some odd lawyers that believed in my case enough to take out my contingency basis. Two and a half years later I had a settlement and someone I considered a friend.

Employment Agreement
I reached out to Attorney Wilkinson to help with a new employment agreement. In going through the document he realized it may conflict with agreements I may have had with previous employers. This is something I never would have thought to do and I’m glad he brought it up as it could have put me at serious financial risk. I greatly appreciated the time, candor and efficiency in which he worked. Should I or a contact I have need an employment attorney in the future, Attorney Wilkinson will be the first call.

Best employment lawyer in the Midwest!
Mark Wilkinson is the kind of lawyer that truly belongs in his profession. I worked as an intern/assistant paralegal during college for law firms and can absolutely say from experience that he’s one of a kind. I was looking to dispute a decision by a big company I had worked for and thought there was no chance I’d get any form of reparations from them. Mark worked with me even when there wasn’t a guarantee he would be getting anything out of my case until we found a resolution I was happy with, settled out of court, and he even worked with my financial situation to ensure we were both happy with the result. Successful settlement of wrongful termination and harassment.
Mark was extremely persistent and very ahead of the game every step of the way. Communication was amazing. Impeccable preparation and disposition as not only my lawyer, but as a person as well......
