I was involved in a motorcycle vs. car accident in June of 2012 in which I was severely injured. With my body badly broken I knew I would not be returning to work any time soon. I had gotten into a motorcycle accident in August 2012 and I was referred to Bryan because he works with many motorcycle/car accidents. I only had liability on my motorcycle so I wasn't expecting any money from my insurance company. On the other hand, it was deemed the fault of the taxi driver that i...t me (luckily there was a traffic cop at the location of the accident). And to finish it off, he came to an agreement with my health insurance provider so they would not take any of the money received from the other two sources. I want to first say that I fully endorse Bryan as a lawyer and a caring gentleman. Bryan represented me in a pe...rsonal injury case. I was significantly injured when the vehicle I rode in was broadsided by a driver who ran a stop sign. The impact was directly on the passenger-side door where I was seated. I came to his firm because of a recommendation from a friend and sought legal help because the complexity of the case was well beyond my abilities to represent myself. Bryan interviewed me thoroughly and professionally, explaining that he does not take frivolous cases. After a careful review of the facts, he accepted the case. Several attempts were made to settle directly with the insurer and evaluated by Bryan based on research he did to estimate a fair value based on similar cases. After considering the possible outcomes, I chose a law suit as the best approach; I felt our team had done its best to settle the case fairly out of court. Over two days, he called the witnesses that he felt would be right for the case and combined that with the medical evidence to show the effect my injuries have had on my life. Bryan sticks to the facts of the case with a intensity. The summary to the jury was masterful in my opinion. He tied the evidence and to the Michigan law, reasoned and direct. Significantly, he called out objections to the defense when that team incorrectly cited statute. What I saw was a truly impressive display of professional knowledge and conduct by a seasoned professional. The jury decided in our favor and the amount was much greater than any of the previous out of court amounts. Bryan obtained final payment in a matter of weeks, well within an acceptable time. He showed me a detailed accounting of all case expenses and his firm's share and I did not have even the smallest doubt of its integrity.
