Green card

Very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Everything was smooth and easy. I received my card in mail after 4 months. He helped us with everything and came with us to the interview which made it even easier. Overall me and my wife had great experience and would definitely recommend workin...g with Brian.

Excellent

My wife immigrated to the US with a fiancee visa and we hired Brian Richards to aid us in the process and I'm glad we did. Keeping up with the mess of government paperwork, fees, and interviews is a daunting task and Brian and his office (Nikki) were a tremendous help in all of it. They did a fine jo...b preparing us for interviews and assisting us with the paperwork. When immigration lost a document, Brian made sure to speak with the people responsible so we weren't left with longer waits and more fees. The immigration process is rough. Hiring a lawyer is a must and Brian Richards is one of the best.

Excellent

Brian is very nice. He helped me prepare all the paperworks. He is ready to answer all my questions. Working with Brian, you don't need to worry anything. Just sleep well, get ready for the interview and get good result.

Thorough and confident!

I knew of Brian since I took one of his classes at Lansing Community College back in 2011. Fast forward to 2017, I reached out to him to help my wife obtain a permanent resident card. We were very worried about not being approve, since we heard lots of horror stories. Brian assured us that there was ...nothing to be worried about, as long as we provide all of the necessary documentations. Brian and Nikki both are very professional at what they do. When we hired them, we had peace of mind. They were able to handle all of our request. We definitely recommend them and will most likely use them again in the future.

Efficient, empathetic, and quick-response

We came to Brian on the basis of a friend's recommendation. On the get go, he explained that his office's mission is about helping family's reunite and wants to help us make sure this process goes as smoothly as possible. Brian and his team member, Nikki, were very quick to respond to all of our ...inquiries, and efficiently navigated the new online application system to process my permanent residency, including contacting the National Visa Center directly on our behalf to troubleshoot the new system. Brian and Nikki were open to meeting with us and family members who needed clarity, and kept an open communication with us via cell phone, email, and visits to the office. The application process (from the time our application was received by the USCIS until I received my IR1 visa) was 11 months.
