Green Card Immigration - Great Lawyer!!

My husband, Ron, and I needed to file for his green card and with all the paperwork to do ourselves, we were pretty daunted by it all. Brian was a recommendation from a friend and we decided to go with him after a quick consultation call! Ron and I lived in West Michigan when we began our filing proc...ess. We ended up moving to Seattle and had kept with Brian for the remainder of our application process. My husband and I had waited for about 1 1/2yrs to finally receive our green card interview and Brian was there to help with any questions we had along the way. (We ended up officially filing for the green card just before Covid hit so everything was delayed). Brian was always knowledgeable about any questions on the process and was always kind to us. We would certainly recommend him to anyone else in need of an immigration lawyer!

Highly Recommended

Working with Brian and his paralegal was an excellent experience for my wife and I, and I would highly recommend him to everyone. My wife came to the United States with a K1 visa, and we decided not to use an attorney for this process. During the K1 visa process it went pretty smoothly, but durin...g the interview ( the most important part), my wife and I had difficulty working with the foreign embassy. During that time I called Brian and he gave me free advice and took time out of his day to speak with me. Since we were so far along in the process though, we didn't hire him then. Because of the struggles we had navigating the K1 visa with online blogs such as visajourney, speaking with other friends that had gone through the process, working with our congressman, and spending hours researching everything ourselves, my wife and I decided to hire an expert so we could apply for her Green card. Because of our previous sincere interactions with Brian, we reached out to him and hired him. I couldn't have been happier because it was just like our first phone conversations. When you need to get a hold of Brian or his paralegal, they are there. If you have an issue, they'll figure out how to solve it. Working with Brian took all of the stress out of the Visa Process, and although you can do it yourself, I wouldn't recommend it. They are there and they are excellent, and by the way, our green card was approved !

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
