Brian Richards and Nikki (secretary) are an amazing team! I would definitely recommend them to any DACA recipient!!! As a DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) recipient they were able to process my renewals everytime without any issues. Eventually, my wife and I applied for U.S. Residency... Green Card through his law office. Upon receipt of my appointment at the US Embassy in Mexico, Brian was very detailed in making sure we knew what to expect and the documents to bring with us for the appointment. This was very important as several others doing the same process, arrived to their appointments without copies of their needed documentation. I talked to a few individuals that had to call their lawyer to get the documentation and their lawyer charged them additional fees. We did not have any issues because Brian told us to take everything with us. The more paperwork you have the better. Even if you dont think you need it! Its better to be prepared. Lol. Including our immunizations. I made sure to get them all in the U.S. so I didnt have to pay in México. I noticed a lady had to get all of them because she did not have proof, which cost roughly about $1,000. We had everything needed so our trip to complete the final steps in the US residency process went flawlessly thanks to Brian! Costs were also very clear throughout the whole process with no surprise fees for the USCIS/lawyers office. His office was always available via phone, email and even in person to answer questions or concerns. Big THANK YOU to Nikki as well for helping us contact the USCIS office when they would take longer than usual! We will continue to work with Brian and his law office for any future needs! As of last year, around new years time, I was devastated to find out that my wife's immigration process was being denied. I was in a very scared and I did not know what to do. I made a few phone calls and a few people got back to me. Brian returned my phone call immediately. I had most others charge... me double of what Brian Richards was charging me and he assured me that he would take care of me and make sure my wife would obtain her immigration status and get citizenship expedited. I can say that within a year Brian was able to get my wife's immigration status ok and allow her to become a citizen. The entire time Brian was able to answer all my questions, even if I had to call several times for clarification. I do not recommend anyone but this guy. Honest person, with honest prices. Never did he make me feel stupid. I am so glad! that I went with brian. I will not go for anyone else except for Brain.

Without a good legal Lawyer who knows how to go about get business taken care of you will find yourself sleepless nights and wondering what going to happen. Brian took on our case with very reasonable fees. He kept us informed all along the way.
