We don’t have any idea at all on how to start nor do the process of Fiancè visa. Me and now my husband were both busy at work and we can’t start anything on our own. It’s good there’s Brian and Nikki to help us through this. They were such a great help on our journey. They update us with everything a...nd prepared us really well from the beginning to the end. Now, I am approved with my Green-card already and we really appreciate Brian for being with us in the Interview Day who were very supportive and prepared the documents to be given to the officer. He did our Travel Document for the second time. The application was easy for the lawyer, but we faced some difficulties such as delaying the arrival of the mail to our address from the immigration center to determine the date of the fingerprints before traveling from America. We had to consult the ...lawyer to tell him that we would not receive the appointment from the immigration center, but the lawyer had a quick solution to this issue. He sent us to the immigration center to do the fingerprints, and the result was good in the end.

Working with Brian and his paralegal was an excellent experience for my wife and I, and I would highly recommend him to everyone. My wife came to the United States with a K1 visa, and we decided not to use an attorney for this process. During the K1 visa process it went pretty smoothly, but durin...g the interview ( the most important part), my wife and I had difficulty working with the foreign embassy. During that time I called Brian and he gave me free advice and took time out of his day to speak with me. Since we were so far along in the process though, we didn't hire him then. Because of the struggles we had navigating the K1 visa with online blogs such as visajourney, speaking with other friends that had gone through the process, working with our congressman, and spending hours researching everything ourselves, my wife and I decided to hire an expert so we could apply for her Green card. Because of our previous sincere interactions with Brian, we reached out to him and hired him. I couldn't have been happier because it was just like our first phone conversations. When you need to get a hold of Brian or his paralegal, they are there. If you have an issue, they'll figure out how to solve it. Working with Brian took all of the stress out of the Visa Process, and although you can do it yourself, I wouldn't recommend it. They are there and they are excellent, and by the way, our green card was approved !
