Brian and Nikki were amazing at handling my case. Both replied to emails usually within minutes and got back to me quickly by phone, too. They went above and beyond to make sure that my case went smoothly, helped me collect all the necessary information, and kept me posted on next steps along the way.... Brian even offered to come to my interview at the embassy! He also offered his legal advice on things not directly pertaining to the case I've paid for, made extra time to chat over the phone, and didn't charge me a dime extra for it.
