My husband and I met Mr.Richards when we needed his help acquiring my resident permit after our marriage. Mr. Richards is honest, empathetic and works for his clients- to make sure that this very cumbersome and time consuming process is much more manageable. He helped us by giving us all the necessar...y advice on how to accomplish our goal and is even willing to go to interviews with his clients should the need arise. Mr. Richards is genuine, honest and will tell you the truth about what your options are for your specific situation. He’s also worked with people from several countries which I believe is very helpful when it comes to immigration. He has a map of the world in his office that shows all the people he has helped from various parts of the world which is really cool. He’s attention to detail is very important when it comes to dealing with one’s specific situation. You can’t go wrong with him. He’s very good about calling you back and explaining things to you with clarity and precision. He truly takes the time to help his clients. Now enough about Mr. Richards; Nikki is the office manager and the first person you’ll meet. She too “knows her stuff” and will help you with the process. She’ll answer your questions and make sure that you’re getting all your necessary paperwork together by doing a follow up with you from time to time. She’s courteous and very empathetic. She too is truly a gem. If you choose this law office to represent you, you will not go wrong. When you’re dealing with immigration issues, you need to have someone representing you that knows what they’re doing and are very up to date on the constant changes within the law along those lines. You won’t regret choosing this law firm. Thanks guys for all the work you’ve done for my husband and I thus far and I’d highly recommend you to anyone who needed help.

Mr. Richards is a very honest and hard working lawyer with the knowledge to back up the hard work. To demonstrate his honesty, he told us what to expect in detail and he was 100% correct and that also shows the knowledge he possesses. Another not on his honesty, Mr. Richards gave us a price for ...the services he did for us and never added a penny for anything even when some extras were needed to complete our case. Our case was not one of the easiest cases to deal with and required a more specialized attorney and Mr. Richards filled the bill perfectly. My wife was born in The Philippines and had a work visa to work on a cruise ship, at the end of her last contract she decided to stay here in America with some of her family on the west coast. With a crew visa is is not as simple as filing a change of status but requires her to have a interview back in Manila. Here is where it got tricky, not only did she over stay her visa but over stayed to the extent that she faced a ten year ban from entering again even with a approved visa, tricky to say the leaat. Mr. Richards not only paved the way for a smooth visa but allso obtained a waver on the ten year ban. As a bonus, Mr. Richards made himself available to answer any an every question or concern we had, when he was in court or otherwise occupied he got back with us as soon as he was able, not days later but in minutes or a hour or two, he is very customer oriented.

I am appalled by such negative comments being made regarding this attorney. Brian is more than just a good attorney… he is a good and honest man. Furthermore, I strongly feel that a person who is a non-client should not be allowed to make such objectionable reviews. After visiting with 4 other ...local attorneys in 2003, I hired Brian to do all of my legal work. I hired him for my divorce in 2003. I hired him to file for my fiancé from Canada in 2007, who is now a United States Citizen, and then we hired him to do all of our Estate Planning as well as the Estate Planning for my Mother before she passed away. His Paralegal is a very meticulous and attentive professional who never treated us like we were any less important than her other 150+ active files in their office. We were very pleased with the services we received. I am extremely disappointed that the people who posted the previous reviews, with their many typographical errors and grammatical mistakes, are the future for our world. You should be ashamed of yourself for making such erroneous claims and not even having the decency to review your writings before posting them. My assumption would be that this person failed to do their work in his class and now want someone to blame.
