Brian Richards and his secretary Nikki were a fabulous team to work. My husband was a DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) recipient and we applied for his U.S. Residency Green Card through his law office. Everything went as planned and at each step of the way, Brian and his team was very th...orough in giving us direction on how to fill how paperwork/documents and after each submission of documents copies were sent directly to our home address as well for our own folder to keep. Costs were also very clear throughout the whole process with no surprise fees for USCIS or his office. His office was always available via phone, email and even in person meetings to answer questions or concerns as well which was always appreciated. Upon receipt of my husband's appointment at the US Embassy in Mexico, Brian was very detailed in making sure we knew what documents to bring with us for the appointment. This proved to be very important as several others doing the same process as my husband, arrived to their appointments without copies of their needed documentation. We did not. We had everything needed so our trip to complete the final steps in the US residency process went flawlessly! We will continue to work with Brian and his law office for any future needs!
