I am more than grateful and very happy with the service provided by Brian and his assistant Nikki on my K1 visa. There was a mistake by USCIS which caused numerous delays, for reference my petition was approved 3 separate times by USCIS and went under went administrative processing 2 times, once by ...the NVC and another by the US Embassy. My case proved to be difficult and they were in constant contact every step of the way updating me on the situation. They made many phones calls and inquires on my behalf to USCIS, the NVC and worked closely with my congressman’s office to resolve the issue.
