We came to Brian on the basis of a friend's recommendation. Brian and his team member, Nikki, were very quick to respond to all of our ...inquiries, and efficiently navigated the new online application system to process my permanent residency, including contacting the National Visa Center directly on our behalf to troubleshoot the new system. Brian and Nikki were open to meeting with us and family members who needed clarity, and kept an open communication with us via cell phone, email, and visits to the office. The application process (from the time our application was received by the USCIS until I received my IR1 visa) was 11 months.

Brian truly saved our family! He and Nikki are awesome to work with! Nikki did an amazing job filling out the forms and helping us get all the documentation we needed. Immigration proceedings are a scary and emotional thing to go through, and Brian helped put us at ease through the entire process.... Would highly recommend Brian! Thanks to him my husband has able to get his green card.

He did our Travel Document for the second time. The application was easy for the lawyer, but we faced some difficulties such as delaying the arrival of the mail to our address from the immigration center to determine the date of the fingerprints before traveling from America. We had to consult the ...lawyer to tell him that we would not receive the appointment from the immigration center, but the lawyer had a quick solution to this issue. He sent us to the immigration center to do the fingerprints, and the result was good in the end.

Brian helped me and my husband to get our green card. We have been in the United States for over 20 years and what seem impossible to accomplish was made possible by Brian. He was very courteous and thorough. His knowledge of the law and process contributed to the smooth completion of the process. He... is so dedicated to the job.
