Frank Hathaway

Frank Hathaway studied at the University of Detroit-Mercy graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He completed his study of law at Michigan State University College of Law graduating with the degree of Juris Doctor Cum Laude. Mr. Hathaway is admitted to practice in all Michigan Courts, the United States Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. He is an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan, past elected member of its Representative Assembly,  member of the Criminal Law Section and a past active member of the Character and Fitness Committee of the Michigan State Bar Association.

Mr. Hathaway focuses his practice on Bankruptcy Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, Estate Planning, Criminal Defence,  Business Formation and Continuation, Consumer Debt Relief, Creditor and Debtor relation, Real Estate, Matrimonial Law.

In 2001, the Law Center was formed with a mission of helping individuals and entities by providing quality legal representation, counsel and advice. The Law Center helps its clients grow and discover potential areas for improvement, opportunity and expansion. In 2005 the Law Center was joined by attorney Kelly M. Fletcher to help provide a wider base of legal services. Ms. Fletcher brings to the Law Center a wide and varied experience in business administration, accountancy, tax issue resolution as well as a very successful criminal defense practice.
