Best defense attorney ever

Best Attorney I've hired

I was facing prison time for my second offense Toby worked my case best he could gave me great communication during my case an got me the best outcome I could get even better than I expected in my opinion he's the best lawyer in MICHIGAN

Dedicated and Excellent

I highly recommend Mr. White and his staff who have represented my brother over the last few years. They were extremely supportive of my brother’s situation, took the very serious charges to trial, then appealed the matter twice with positive outcomes in both situations. They never gave up seeking justice for him. They sympathized with and comforted our family throughout this ordeal. We are forever grateful. A knowledgeable and skilled attorney who worked hard to help us

We appreciated Attorney White's criminal justice and legal system expertise. He and his paralegal Lori worked hard to help our family member with criminal charges; even visiting the jail and appearing in court. He and his assistant listened, responded to questions and kept us updated on what was happening next in the court process. Toby and Lori are the best!!!

Exceptional Service

Mr. White contacted me the very same day that I had expressed the need for an attorney online and was able to meet with me the very next day! I expressed my concerns to him and he was not only able to help me with my case but got an outcome for me that was way better than I had imagined possible, he went above and beyond what I was expecting, which made me and my family very happy! I was able to reach him personally with any questions or concerns that I had which was very important to me, and he was great at explaining what was going to happen at each court appearance ahead of time so I wasn't so nervous going in front of the judge. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a good attorney and, while I hope the need never arises, would definitely use him again in the future.

Criminal Defense

I had a charge where it was mandatory that I lose my CDL drivers license and I would have lost my job. Mr. White found a way for me to keep my license and therefore keep my job. I was very pleased. I feel like he did a good job in my situation. Thanks Mr. White!

CPS & Child Custody

Toby White is a fenominal attorney, he treats myself and my daughter as if we were his own family. Toby took on our last case which unfortunately was with CPS with flying colors. Toby was able to close the case with no issue, meaning CPS essentially ended up only wanting to do minimual investigation and close the case due to Toby’s professionalism. On top of defending us Toby also went the extra mile to research and find us a wonderful Therapiest for our family. I cannot say enough about Toby White he is hands down a wonderful person and attorney for any need. Thanks Toby!!

Veteran recommended
