Lawsuit

David represented me in an unexpected lawsuit. He was extremely patient in explaining how everything worked and what each step of the legal process meant. David was very professional and detailed through the entire law suit. I feel like he went above and beyond every aspect of his professional duties, especially when researching the plaintiff, in an effort to help my case. He obtained the best outcome for my situation and because of that I was overwhelming grateful for what he accomplished. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney.

Updated wills, trust, POAs

David was extremely professional and friendly, and updated all the components of our trust to meet our personal goals and interests. He provided very clear instructions to us for managing our trust in the future - something we very much appreciate. I recommend him without hesitation.

FABULOUS ATTY!!!!

We have been so impressed with David...he has provided us with legal counsel for a couple of issues and the overcomes were far above and beyond what we hoped for. He did an amazing job and we will continue to use him as our attorney for all our legal matters.

I never liked a lawyer until now!

David Williams was wonderful to work with to help us settle our trust and wills. Out of all the lawyers I could of picked from, I just "felt" good about Gallager Law Firm and bingo - David Williams was our lawyer and he did an outstanding job. He was very patient and took his time to explain all the legal mumble jumbo and we thoroughly loved his demeanor. I finally found a good lawyer and I am not going to let him get away. We will use him in all our business, real estate, and other dealings in the future.

Helping us get our Wills in order

Estate Planning and Real Estate Property Case

I have utilized Mr. Williams for legal services twice in the past 12 months. Once regarding a real estate property case and the other for estate planning. Banking issue with stock holdings, and help with a small company to recoup money.

Mr. Williams addressed a couple of issues that I had been facing for over a year, and he did so with promptness. I was near a breakdown when I called for an attorney's help, and now, Mr. Williams is on my speed dial. He's professional, yet has a very friendly attitude making him a joy to work with. The bank issue was quickly resolved with him on my side, and thankfully in my favor. I was also having issues with funds being withheld by a small company, and was facing small claims. Something no one likes to deal with. Mr. Williams helped me tremendously, and again to my favor, so that issue was resolved without further action. I highly recommend, if you need a lawyer's assistance, to call David Williams. I guarantee you'll be satisfied with his expertise.

Foreclosure

David did an excellent job for me with regards to a recent foreclosure. This was the first one I've add to initiate and so wasn't familiar with the process. David was always very helpful with the questions I had and guiding me through the steps I needed to take. He also kept me updated with each milestone completed. He was very professional, but also took time to talk with me. Highly recommend him.
