Highly Recommend
I hired Mr. Moir for my criminal case. He was very professional and helpful as he guided me through the court system. I was very pleased with the results and will be forever grateful for what he did for me. I highly recommend Mr. Moir.

Very knowledgeable
Mr. Moir was very knowledgeable and helpful in my case. It seemed like he was always available for my calls, and if he wasn't, he would return my calls rather quickly. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Moir took the time to listen to my questions in order to help me decide on whether or not I should file for divorce. He also asked me many detailed questions about my husband, myself and our situation. At the end of our consultation he gave me a good idea in what I should expect if I should choose to continue with the divorce proceedings. Dealing with a divorce is not a pleasant task, but I felt Mr. Moir was the best attorney for me.

Thanks Mr. Moir
Mr. Moir has helped me with every step in of the way in the custody battle he let me know what the odds were and was also responsive to the questions I asked, Mr. Moir makes it a friendly environment and cares enough about my concerns to ask me questions when I didn't what to expect. He is my longest running lawyer and I have been his client for years now. Custody battles always change and are never ending I am just glad to have found a lawyer like Mr. Moir. Now my kids live with me and everytime I go in there he is always asking how the kids are doing.

Very knowledgeable and skilled family attorney
I chose Keith Moir, after meeting with several area attorneys, to represent my family in family court. Keith always made himself available to answer questions and was very punctual. I found him to have a pleasant demeanor and felt he was always honest with me in both advice and expectations. Keith represented my family in 3 cases(1 multi-hearing) relating to child custody issues over a 3 year period. Each case resulted in a decisive victory for my family. Keith actually yelled at both the judge and opposing attorney at the very beginning of the first hearing, things were taking too long. After Keith's show, things moved very rapidly(despite the opposing attorney's best efforts). The man fought hard for us and with his help, I was able to protect my family. Keith does a noteworthy job and I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney.

He is all about making money for his self
I had a 10 minute meeting with this guy and he is way to full of him self for me. He wanted $10,000 for a retainer, plus at all times I had to keep $10,000 in his account at all times. Then he had the guts to ask me for $50 for seeing him and his exact words where at least it will but me a steak dinner tonight. Stay far far away

Worst Experience Ever
Mr. Moir recently represented me in a divorce case. He did nothing for me. My ex-husband who had not worked in the past 5 years ended up with everything and all I got was a big bill from Mr. Moir. He does not represent his clients at all. He seemed to work real hard at keeping the other parties and the judge in this case happy and what was fair or right did not matter. He avoided all questions that I had. I would have to go on-line and try to find the answers for myself. He did not keep me informed of what was happening, I would find things out from my now ex-husband that he was doing and I knew nothing about, of course I would get the bill for what he was doing. He definitely is not a lawyer that I would trust at all. I ended up going to my ex-husband and dealing with the issues that were at hand myself just to get this over. This is not a lawyer I would hire ever again or recommend to anyone, not even an enemy.

Would NOT recommend! Negligent, self serving and lazy.
His rapport with the judges and attorneys is more important than his clients and reputation. He asked for and was granted a withdraw after he lost his own motion for sanction for negligence (forgot to bring his pay scale) and disrespected me as a client. He filed a motion to withdraw when I provided the proof of fraud upon the court by the prosecutor and the judge (he blew me off AT the trial when I offered him the same information). I sent him an Email supporting the allegations and he submitted a motion to withdraw stating I was frivolous and unreasonable. Fraud upon the court IS frivolous and unreasonable, giving specific court information with the proper support for the fraud and requesting your attorney to submit a motion for FRAUD and the judge GRANTS the motion to withdraw instead is malice and abuse of power, authority and system. He's self serving and would rather see the judge happy than the people paying him. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MAN! He does NOT do his job. He does NOT fight for you. Trust me... if you get him appointed to you.... FIND ANOTHER LAWYER! This is my second time having him appointed - I won the first time because I did the work. The second time I let him and he LOST because he actually supported the prosecutor during my trial!
