Keith E. Moir

I chose Keith Moir, after meeting with several area attorneys, to represent my family in family court. Keith always made himself available to answer questions and was very punctual. I found him to have a pleasant demeanor and felt he was always honest with me in both advice and expectations. Keit...h represented my family in 3 cases(1 multi-hearing) relating to child custody issues over a 3 year period. Each case resulted in a decisive victory for my family. Keith actually yelled at both the judge and opposing attorney at the very beginning of the first hearing, things were taking too long. After Keith's show, things moved very rapidly(despite the opposing attorney's best efforts). The man fought hard for us and with his help, I was able to protect my family. Keith does a noteworthy job and I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney.

Mr. Moir recently represented me in a divorce case. He did nothing for me. My ex-husband who had not worked in the past 5 years ended up with everything and all I got was a big bill from Mr. Moir. He does not represent his clients at all. He seemed to work real hard at keeping the other parties an...d the judge in this case happy and what was fair or right did not matter. He avoided all questions that I had. I would have to go on-line and try to find the answers for myself. He did not keep me informed of what was happening, I would find things out from my now ex-husband that he was doing and I knew nothing about, of course I would get the bill for what he was doing. He definitely is not a lawyer that I would trust at all. I ended up going to my ex-husband and dealing with the issues that were at hand myself just to get this over. This is not a lawyer I would hire ever again or recommend to anyone, not even an enemy.
