He did not fight for the rights of my children. He did not ask significant questions to my witnesses and did not properly address evidence which was supplied..he has failed to properly represent me,he is unprofessional and should not be trusted.I hired him to handle a simple show cause which lead to ...the suspension of my parenting time.he seems to be more interested in protecting law enforcement and court officials than protecting the rights of my children.Do not trust him.I. have not seen my children in 10 months.

Awful! I had mister Daniels for a divorce lawyer and it was the biggest mistake of my life! He did not counsel me at all when it came to child custody and didn't even know how many children I had when we went to court! The judge had to correct him! I now have to go back to court again to try to chang...e the custody agreement. If I had been counseled better I would have never agreed to the terms.

Absoulutly excellent! Mr. Daniel did an oustanding job, its not to often you go to to court and get all your charges dropped! I had to do some things on my part ( he is not a miricle worker) but thats what he did for me, he is extremly knowlegable in matters concerning driving charges and the process... that it takes to get through them.
