Troy B. Daniel

In my opinion Troy Daniel is a con man. He convinced me 100% that the case against my son would be won or thrown out. But after retaining his services he was impossible to contact regarding the case. The afternoon before the trial he informed my son that he had to plead guilty the next morning. This ...was the only time he contacted us regarding his case.

Mr. Troy Daniel represented me in a case of possession of a controlled substance arising from a somewhat contrived traffic violation on I-75 near Grayling. The case resulted in the most favorable outcome I could have hoped for, largely due to Mr. Daniel’s effective communication skills and his positive, professional relationship with the officials of the court system. Throughout the process, Mr. Daniel and his able, effective assistant Brandy were promptly responsive to my calls and e-mails. Six months after the resolution of my case, I found that there was an error in the public police record. Mr. Daniel promptly contacted the court and resolved the issue, once again demonstrating his professionalism and commitment. Absoulutly excellent! Mr. Daniel did an oustanding job, its not to often you go to to court and get all your charges dropped! I had to do some things on my part ( he is not a miricle worker) but thats what he did for me, he is extremly knowlegable in matters concerning driving charges and the process... that it takes to get through them. I can't thank his secretary Bandy enough for her patiance all the faxes I sent the many phone calls I made if she didn't know she found out for me or Mr. DanIel called me the same day I never had to wait a period of time for an answer.
