I retained Mr. Daniel for a possible serious matter. Mr. Daniel's retainer was very fair and affordable. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone, emails and he also reviewed some documents and material. Mr. Daniel returned phone calls and emails promptly - even on the weekend. When the ca...se dissipated, and he was no longer needed, Mr. Daniel immediately returned my unused retainer. He was more than kind with the reported time he spent on the case. If anything develops, I will retain Mr. Daniel once again.

In my opinion Troy Daniel is a con man. He convinced me 100% that the case against my son would be won or thrown out. But after retaining his services he was impossible to contact regarding the case. The afternoon before the trial he informed my son that he had to plead guilty the next morning. This ...was the only time he contacted us regarding his case.

He did not fight for the rights of my children. He did not ask significant questions to my witnesses and did not properly address evidence which was supplied..he has failed to properly represent me,he is unprofessional and should not be trusted.I hired him to handle a simple show cause which lead to ...the suspension of my parenting time.he seems to be more interested in protecting law enforcement and court officials than protecting the rights of my children.Do not trust him.I. have not seen my children in 10 months.
