Troy B. Daniel

Troy Daniel handled my 3rd DUI Case after being referred to him by a lawyer where I live. He did a great job at negotiating a plea deal and consulting me on which direction to go in (trial vs plea bargain). Although I often wonder what the results would of been from going to trial, I am happy that ...we were able to get it dropped down to a second offense charge with minimum jail time. He helped me dodge a bullet and I have not taken it for granted. Straight and sober is the path I am on now.

I am lucky I hired Mr. Daniel. I am not from the Roscommon area, and hoped that I could find a local lawyer to handle my case. Mr. Daniel proved to be exactly what I was hoping for. Absoulutly excellent! Mr. Daniel did an oustanding job, its not to often you go to to court and get all your charges dropped! I had to do some things on my part ( he is not a miricle worker) but thats what he did for me, he is extremly knowlegable in matters concerning driving charges and the process... that it takes to get through them. I can't thank his secretary Bandy enough for her patiance all the faxes I sent the many phone calls I made if she didn't know she found out for me or Mr. DanIel called me the same day I never had to wait a period of time for an answer.
