Troy Daniel handled my 3rd DUI Case after being referred to him by a lawyer where I live. He did a great job at negotiating a plea deal and consulting me on which direction to go in (trial vs plea bargain). Although I often wonder what the results would of been from going to trial, I am happy that ...we were able to get it dropped down to a second offense charge with minimum jail time. He did not fight for the rights of my children. He did not ask significant questions to my witnesses and did not properly address evidence which was supplied..he has failed to properly represent me,he is unprofessional and should not be trusted.I hired him to handle a simple show cause which lead to ...the suspension of my parenting time.he seems to be more interested in protecting law enforcement and court officials than protecting the rights of my children.Do not trust him.I. have not seen my children in 10 months.

Awful! I had mister Daniels for a divorce lawyer and it was the biggest mistake of my life! He did not counsel me at all when it came to child custody and didn't even know how many children I had when we went to court! The judge had to correct him! I now have to go back to court again to try to chang...e the custody agreement. If I had been counseled better I would have never agreed to the terms.
