Dirty tactics, supports abusers, does not do what is best for children, just her abusive clients

Mrs. Preketes, your conduct in this case is nothing short of vile. You epitomize everything that’s wrong with the legal system when attorneys abandon integrity for the sake of “winning,” no matter how morally bankrupt or outright dishonest their tactics may be. Your approach—weaponizing blatant lies,... twisting facts, and projecting your client’s abusive behavior onto others—reveals the depths of your ethical failure. You have mastered the art of manipulation, but not in any way that deserves respect. Instead, it reeks of desperation, professional negligence, and a complete disregard for truth, justice, and human decency. Your legal filings were not just sloppy—they were intentionally misleading, riddled with knowingly false claims unsupported by a shred of evidence. That alone is grounds for sanctions and ethical review. You didn’t care about that, though. You cared about gaming the system, using your little Genesee County connections to twist the court into a one-sided charade where the truth didn’t matter, and where my voice was silenced. How fitting for someone who represents abusers with glee—people like your client, whose patterns of manipulation and harm you helped perpetuate, all while accusing me of the very behaviors your client embodies. Talk about projection at its finest. Let’s not pretend you were unaware of the harm you were causing. You knew exactly what you were doing when you misrepresented the painful years I spent freeing myself and my child from an abusive situation. You knew the emotional toll this fight would take, and you reveled in it. What kind of person tries to force a mother back into an environment she fought so hard to leave—an environment that caused so much suffering? And then to have the audacity to paint that decision as if it were in the best interests of the child? Give me a break. You didn’t care about my child’s well-being; you cared about winning, no matter how many lies you had to tell or how many rules you had to bend. Explain this to me: How do you file a motion for sole custody with no evidence, based on nothing but lies, and get a hearing when the prior order had already been deemed final? Did the referee’s decision mean nothing? Or was this just another example of you twisting the system to your advantage with the judge playing along? You didn’t stop there, though—you went so far as to shame me for ensuring my child had food to eat and proper healthcare, something his father repeatedly failed to provide. Feeding a child is fraud now, according to you? Taking care of a child’s medical needs is somehow “sitting at home and collecting” in your twisted view of the world? It’s beyond disgusting, and it’s clear you had no interest in understanding the reality of the situation. But here’s the thing, Mrs. Preketes: I know exactly who your client is. You, on the other hand, either have no clue or you don’t care. Either way, it’s despicable. You’ve aligned yourself with someone who will likely continue their pattern of harm, and you’ve enabled it. Whatever you gained from this case, I hope it was worth it because the harm you helped inflict won’t just disappear. It will leave scars, not just on my child and me, but on your conscience—if you even have one. May the impact of what you’ve done haunt you, as it should. Shame on you.

Thank you for your review. I know that I have already personally reached out to you via email regarding your Yelp review. As I stated previously despite your review, you and your child's father came to a mutual agreement in this matter; which you agreed to give him 50/50 custody. You chose to come to an agreement rather than having your evidence heard by the Judge and have him make a ruling. I think this speaks volumes for your review.

Phenomenal

I was divorcing from an abusive marriage. Susan was by my side every step of the way at all hours of the night. She made me strong in a situation where I felt very weak. She’s very straight forward and explained everything every step of the way. Susan gave me my life back and I’ll always be in her de...bt for that.
