Jay is an awesome lawyer! Very smart and capable. We went to high school together and I remember how much of a brainiac he was. He played baseball and was a well rounded nice guy. He took my case because I was in a spot of trouble and made the whole distasteful thing bearable. He explained all the nu...ances and made me feel safe in his hands. Hello Jay is a worse one I see yet ,he agreed doing payments on my case after I gave him $2000 he still haven't work on case or contact the court about my case not even let them know he is represent my case reason they stick with me a courtpointed because of it and never showed up to my court hearing... so now I'm requesting my $2000 refund BK for doing no work on case wish he is refusing give back to me ,he says it's not refundable but underline say unearned must be returned ,never answers phone calls ECT .

Clothier was referred to me by a friend, My friend had hired Jeff and had some success with Jeff, I retained Jay the useless brother. after paying him in full to represent me in My divorce case Jay did nothing. postponed every court date for over 8 months. would not return phone calls or Emails. I e...nded up firing Jay and went with different lawyer. the new lawyer asked my ex wife's lawyer for copies of all correspondences and they said they only talked to Jay once in 8 months. Jay refused to return any money that I gave him. save yourself time and money. I have never met Jay in person. because he never did anything for my case. total useless POS.

Given very few details he was able to ascertain exactly what had happened to me, gave me a realistic idea of what I was facing in court, and gave me adv...ice on handling my arraignment that did exactly what he said it would do. He was able to get both charges reduced by a penalty point apiece, and was helpful, professional, courteous and respectful throughout. I honestly don't know if I would have done as well with an attorney I used in a previous matter, and he was competitively priced.
