Clothier was referred to me by a friend, My friend had hired Jeff and had some success with Jeff, I retained Jay the useless brother. after paying him in full to represent me in My divorce case Jay did nothing. postponed every court date for over 8 months. would not return phone calls or Emails. I e...nded up firing Jay and went with different lawyer. the new lawyer asked my ex wife's lawyer for copies of all correspondences and they said they only talked to Jay once in 8 months. Jay refused to return any money that I gave him. save yourself time and money. I have never met Jay in person. because he never did anything for my case. total useless POS.

I contacted Jay on my girlfriend's recommendation. She's known him for years and been aware of his work so she was fairly certain he'd be helpful. Given very few details he was able to ascertain exactly what had happened to me, gave me a realistic idea of what I was facing in court, and gave me adv...ice on handling my arraignment that did exactly what he said it would do. He was able to get both charges reduced by a penalty point apiece, and was helpful, professional, courteous and respectful throughout. I honestly don't know if I would have done as well with an attorney I used in a previous matter, and he was competitively priced.

I was referred to Jay from a so-called friend. I attempted to get my license back for the 3rd time. This time with a “Lawyer”. As many know, I did all the work with the appeal process. He never asked or checked into the last two appeals and the court held those against me. He was not prepared at the ...LEAST!! Him or his office never called me to tell me my date. I had to call and luckily I did because it was the very next week! I would have missed it waiting on them to do their job. After the hearing was over my friend asked him if he checked into my case and got docs on it and he basically blamed me for not having it. What did I hire you for??? About 5 weeks later I called Jay left a message several times because I never received a yes or no from the state. I’m assuming it was a no because it’s now almost two months and he still does not return calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
