Hello Jay is a worse one I see yet ,he agreed doing payments on my case after I gave him $2000 he still haven't work on case or contact the court about my case not even let them know he is represent my case reason they stick with me a courtpointed because of it and never showed up to my court hearing... so now I'm requesting my $2000 refund BK for doing no work on case wish he is refusing give back to me ,he says it's not refundable but underline say unearned must be returned ,never answers phone calls ECT .

Clothier was referred to me by a friend, My friend had hired Jeff and had some success with Jeff, I retained Jay the useless brother. after paying him in full to represent me in My divorce case Jay did nothing. postponed every court date for over 8 months. would not return phone calls or Emails. I e...nded up firing Jay and went with different lawyer. the new lawyer asked my ex wife's lawyer for copies of all correspondences and they said they only talked to Jay once in 8 months. Jay refused to return any money that I gave him. save yourself time and money. I have never met Jay in person. because he never did anything for my case. total useless POS.

Mr. Clothier was an amazing family lawyer! He was very communicative about my case and was always honest about how the different possibilities of the outcome, which we struggled finding in other lawyers. He moved our case along quickly and always responded in a timely manner about any questions or co...ncerns we had.

I was referred to Jay from a so-called friend. I attempted to get my license back for the 3rd time. This time with a “Lawyer”. As many know, I did all the work with the appeal process. He never asked or checked into the last two appeals and the court held those against me. He was not prepared at the ...LEAST!! Him or his office never called me to tell me my date. I had to call and luckily I did because it was the very next week! I would have missed it waiting on them to do their job. After the hearing was over my friend asked him if he checked into my case and got docs on it and he basically blamed me for not having it. What did I hire you for??? About 5 weeks later I called Jay left a message several times because I never received a yes or no from the state. I’m assuming it was a no because it’s now almost two months and he still does not return calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I hired Jay and he instantly jumped through hoops to get me out of jail and have all charges dropped in a few days. He consulted me in person in jail in less than 24 hours, after I contacted him. He will forever be my go-to lawyer in the future and I will be sharing his firm with all my family and f...riends. Thanks again Jay!
