A Rarity - Genuine Integrity/A True Advocate for Client

Mr. Moldovan took time at the end of what I would expect was a busy work week to take my call to provide consult regarding my current Chapter 13 case with another lawyer firm. This was a same day request. He led with integrity in the advice he provided, never speaking poorly or indirectly indicating ...wrong doing on the other firms part, focusing on presenting each option available to me in my current situation, which the majority of options presented would not benefit his outcome personally. He listened carefully and did not rush the conversation, giving me full time to explain and discuss my thoughts/concerns and respond to his advice. He shared the values/mission of his representation with clients who need his services. I ended the call feeling relieved of the immediate stress and burden I had been carrying for the last couple of weeks, encouraged and looking forward to working with Mr. Moldovan for next few years. I would highly recommend taking the time to speak to Mr. Moldovan and consider allowing him to represent you. He is a rarity in this world,

Very helpful

I consulted Ryan after an old loan came back to haunt me a few years after my divorce. He advised me of my options and I filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. He was very patient with all my questions and helped me get through the process as easily as possible. I highly recommend working with Ryan if you ...are considering bankruptcy.

So Relieved To Have Had Ryan's Help!

Went to Ryan for my chapter 13 case. He was very knowledgeable and very reassuring. I was very nervous and embarrassed about filing, Ryan helped me feel at ease with filing for my case. Ryan was always good about returning emails and or calls in the 3 plus years I was a client. Always happy to explai...n things i didnt understand (which was alot!). I will refer anyone I know thats looking for legal help to him. Glad I chose to follow him when he started his own practice. Such a burdon was lifted with his help! Thanks again Ryan!

Grateful for Ryan's Help

My wife and I hired Ryan for a Chapter 13, about which we were frightened and ashamed. With Ryan's calm leadership and direction, we were able to weed through the up-front process (which was stressful), and then - work through our case to completion (discharge). There were difficult times (for us) ...during the process, but Ryan always returned calls and emails promptly and helped us wade through those times. We are very grateful that we found and hired Ryan; he tells it like it is, and that sometimes is difficult for people in our situation to hear; however, having gone through the process our advice is: do what Ryan tells you to do, follow the plan, and life will improve for you if you do those things.
