Biography
Ryan opened the Moldovan Law Firm, PLLC to focus exclusively on bankruptcy. He finds he is most fulfilled when representing individuals and families who are under tremendous stress from their debt burdens. Representing people who are down on their luck is very gratifying to him. Being able to achieve real life-changing results for his clients is what he loves most about his work. People find themselves looking at the prospect of bankruptcy for a variety of reasons and he enjoys helping them find the best solution to their problems, even if it doesn’t mean filing bankruptcy.
Ryan has extensive experience representing both Debtors and Creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Prior to opening the Moldovan Law Firm, Ryan worked for many years at various small law firms in the metro Detroit area and gained experience in a variety of areas of law, including bankruptcy, family law, criminal defense, personal injury and estate planning and probate. He also worked for a firm representing mortgage banks in bankruptcy court. This variety of experience has helped shape him into the well rounded attorney that he is today. He is able to see each person’s case from all angles and provide the best advice for their situation.
With a family to support, Ryan is keenly aware of how a job loss (or other life event like divorce or medical issues) can impact a family. He's been through it himself. He has dedicated his career to helping people get back on their feet.
