Great for HOA nuances
We had a challenging HOA issue where an officer was taking liberties with their position. Kevin crafted appropriate documents and recommended processes to reduce the risk to the HOA and put us in a better legal position overall.

Pleased to have Kevin on our Team
I use the word Team as that is the way I view Kevin. In our search for representation his interview stood out immediately as one who was concerned with our Association and understood our needs. Could not be happier with our choice.

Kevin Hirzel gives Lawyers a Good name!
When we came to hire Kevin Hirzel we were at our wits end. The legal counsel we hired before Kevin was inadequate to say the least, frustratingly impersonal and, at times, simply baffling. We were paying large sums of hard earned money and getting literally nothing in return. Enter Kevin Hirzel.. Upon hiring Kevin we were very impressed with his thoroughness, his acumen and his dedication. He did more for us in his first few weeks than previous council accomplished in several terrible, expensive months. Since that time we have never for one single moment regretted having Kevin as our legal counsel. In and out of the court room, his brilliance and personal attention to his craft have been in shining evidence. In the end, Despite the bungling of our previous lawyer, Kevin managed to turn things around and win our case by summary Disposition (which is not easy to do). Of course, GOOD lawyers cost money. This is no surprise. However, we can say with all honesty and experience, bad lawyers cost money, too (in more ways than one). Kevin Hirzel is a guarantee that you will get the the very best effort and the best talent for your hard earned money. Sincerely Randy and Linda

High praise for Mr. Hirzel
At a very difficult time in my life, Kevin Hirzel guided me through the legal requirements and negotiations of a property settlement dispute. Despite my fears, disappointments, and occasional emotional rants, Kevin remained focused, encouraging, and supportive. He helped me to navigate the legal system and resolve a very painful transition in my life. It was important to me that we work toward a win-win resolution so that neither party of the dispute would have to endure any further bitterness or emotional trauma, as well as achieving a resolution equitable to both parties. Kevin definitely accomplished that and brought the case to a successful conclusion in a few months time, and with cooperative interface with the opposing counsel. I remain forever grateful to him for his time and efforts on my behalf!

Great Attorney's
What a breath of fresh air! The company I work for had to recently switch attorney's and we could not be happier with switching to Kevin and his firm! Very efficient! The firm has been very helpful in every aspect we have needed them for! If you are contemplating a change...make it Cummings, McClorey, Davis & Acho!

Navigating legal complexities and money well spent
Legal matters can be so complicated to navigate. Even the seemingly smaller matters still have layers of complexities. I have learned over the years that choosing the right attorney makes a significant difference in my having a successful experience and money well spent. Also knowing that I have chosen an attorney who is supportive is very important to me. Kevin Hirzel is my attorney of choice and I highly recommend him to you. His experience and determination along with his dedication towards his clients makes him the best attorney I could ever choose for myself and recommend to anyone else.

Kevin Michael Hirzel, Outstanding Attorney
I have had the pleasure of knowing Kevin Hirzel for over ten years and can personally stand behind Kevin's reputation as an attorney and person. I originally retained Kevin as my attorney in regard to a debt collection and now I am pleased to say that I exclusively use the services of Kevin Hirzel. Kevin's can-do attitude and innovative approach leaves no issue too big and no problem too intricate. His methodical and well-researched methods have led to successful results for me and my companies. I comfortably refer my friends, family and peers to Kevin since I repose trust and faith in his ability and work ethic, particularly in his specialties of business planning, commercial litigation, construction law, real estate, probate and estate planning.
