Great for HOA nuances

We had a challenging HOA issue where an officer was taking liberties with their position. Kevin crafted appropriate documents and recommended processes to reduce the risk to the HOA and put us in a better legal position overall.

Kevin Michael Hirzel, Outstanding Attorney

I have had the pleasure of knowing Kevin Hirzel for over ten years and can personally stand behind Kevin's reputation as an attorney and person. I originally retained Kevin as my attorney in regard to a debt collection and now I am pleased to say that I exclusively use the services of Kevin Hirzel. ... Kevin's can-do attitude and innovative approach leaves no issue too big and no problem too intricate. His methodical and well-researched methods have led to successful results for me and my companies. I comfortably refer my friends, family and peers to Kevin since I repose trust and faith in his ability and work ethic, particularly in his specialties of business planning, commercial litigation, construction law, real estate, probate and estate planning.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
