Raymond A. Cassar

I've known Ray since my early 20's when he I met him at Oakland Community College. He was my teacher then, and unbeknownst to him an inspiration to later pursue a paralegal degree. Years later, when I found myself in trouble with the law for the first time in my life, I knew he was the only person I ...trusted to help. I had always kept his card with me in my wallet, and after all those years he remembered me from the class he taught. He put my mind at ease (and the minds of my family as well) as he explained what could and would happen if I followed his advice to the letter. I did just that, and my life has turned around dramatically. I owe Ray much more than I could ever give back to him. Any time I've had a question since the conclusion of my case, he has always gotten back to me quickly. I hired Ray Cassar to help me petition the Federal Court for early termination of probation. Ray and his associate, Alexandra Giuliani did an excellent job of writing a motion and then following up with my Probation Officer and the Assistant US Attorney. The motion that was submitted was granted by ...the Judge and I received early termination. Ray and Alexandra were both very caring, understanding and professional in their dealings with me. They took whatever time was needed to discuss my case without any interrupting phone calls. They kept me informed of every step along the way. Additionally, a few years ago during the pre-trial phase of my case, I hired Ray to review my case as an additional resource. His analysis and advice was very succinct and to the point. Ray did an excellent job of defending my son. I initially met with Ray and his colleague specifically because of their previous work with clients with a mental illness diagnosis. I quickly decided this was a great fit for my son. Ray and his team were always communicative and responsive to our que...stions and concerns.
