OUTCOME: Excellent

I represented a Long time bank manager who was accused of taking large sums of money from the bank for many years and giving it to people in need. She was prosecuted in Federal Court and was looking a ... t several years in prison, but I was very successful at sentencing pointing out the good that she had done over the years. She ended up with a short term of confinement instead of a life behind bars.
