I've had the unfortunate chance of getting my first DUI in the city of Troy. I was facing super drunk with losing my licensee, jail time, and whole lot of other legal issues. He's there to answer any questions along the way as well as after the process. I was able to reduce my penalties to some probation and a 3 month license restriction. I didn't lose any work or sleep and had a really steady and trust-able lawyer to lead me through the legal process. You need Ray on your side. Why? Because he makes things better! If it can be done, it will be. If there's a chance, he'll find it. When you're at your lowest, he will help you. Bad "Stuff" happened to me and my family: a drug charge, a domestic abuse charge, a DUI. Ray never judged, never looked down (like some other attorneys did in the past). I hired Raymond for a OWI w/ accident, and although it took almost 5 months to get resolved Raymond and his team made an extremely stressful process as easy as it possibly could. Although the sentence wasn't exactly favorable, Raymond was able to get my charge dropped to a lesser charge. I fully beli...eve had I not hired Raymond and his team, my charge would not have been lowered and the sentence would have been a lot more serious. I owe a lot to Mr. Cassar and his team for helping me through this experience as calm and cool as possible.

Went to court and Garden City today for a driving while impaired. Ray and his team we're able to get me 12 months probation and I was also able to keep my marijuana card and still get my driver's license. The probation officer wanted to give me 18 months probation and no marijuana card if I wanted my... driver's license. If you get a ticket in Garden City he's the man to get a hold of. In life you get what you pay for and I definitely got my money's worth.

Our family is once again happy. I got a fair sentence by the judge that did not involve jail time. Now I can continue to grow and move on with my life. Ray truly cared about me and my family.
