My employer used the services of this attorney. Right from filling the Form I129 there were basic mistakes all across the application. The dates and location in the client letter didn't match the ones on the form I129. Even if the employer's staff filled these forms it is attorney responsibility to c...heck for errors. I was never told that I needed education evaluation.
