My employer used the services of this attorney. Right from filling the Form I129 there were basic mistakes all across the application. The dates and location in the client letter didn't match the ones on the form I129. Even if the employer's staff filled these forms it is attorney responsibility to c...heck for errors. I was never told that I needed education evaluation. So, naturally I received RFE which asked to clarify the mistakes made in the form I129, to provide supporting documents for Speciality occupation, Employee eligibility and Employer-Employee relationship. I myself contacted the attorney and requested him to personally look into the RFE to avoid any further mistakes in the RFE response as its my career and a whole year at stake. I have even requested them that I would like a quick chat before they submit the RFE response. They submitted the RFE directly and my application got denied. This attorney and team prepares your application for friendly adjudicators and not for the strict ones. In total, all 4 applications from my employer went through this attorney got denied. I thought I was lucky that I got picked in the lottery but learnt a hard lesson that a skilled attorney is very important. The reception staff, however, were good with communication.
