Office staff especially who does perm and Gc processing will not talk with client. They always say they are busy unable to pass beyond operator in many cases. we Can talk with attorney but they say they don't have file in front of them. Staff needs to be trained coping with work load and to talk ...with clients. they are paid for their service, either through employer or through Clint. the work which was done in 2 days will take 2 weeks with their office with lack of communication. They send emails which were not in details, they will not talk to us , we don't have skills to read their mind what they thought when replaying for email. Even clients are busy at work , they don't have time to check emails every hour. Bottom line attorney sare okay ,but staff service is horrible , unprofessional and rude as they are doing favor in talking to us .
