Robert Starkman has been representing me since 2009 and has offered his best advice and that includes a shoulder to lean on too. He kept a dishonest contractor who was already paid more money than he deserved from collecting more money and had Michigan's laws been set up I'm sure he would have trie...d to get more of my money back. It was helpful to have him on my side.

Robert Starkman went above and beyond what was required both personally and professionally while handling an Insurance/Estate case for me that spanned close to two and a half years. He was always easy to meet with and get in touch with, even meeting me at Starbucks on evenings and weekends. Mr Starkm...an was always supportive and encouraging during this difficult case, but what I appreciated most was his always realistic take on everything. He would always lay out both the strengths and the weaknesses of our case which gave a realistic perspective and understanding of what lay ahead for us during this process, he never sugar coated anything or gave us false hope. There were also several times when this seemed liked an endless and uphill battle, and Mr Starkman would never let me throw in the towel, only because he truly had my best interests in mind. When it came time for my case to go to trial I felt beyond confident that I truly had one of the best attorneys out there representing me, and he was able to facilitate a settlement that spared me from what could have potentially become a very ugly and unpleasant trial. There are not enough good things to say about working with Mr Starkman, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome he worked so hard to achieve for me.

Rob helped me through a tough time during the custody battle of my 9 year old son. He was honest,trustworthy and easy to get a hold of. I knew it was going to be a tough battle to get a judge to award a father primary custody no matter what the facts might be but Rob came through and after quite a bi...t of litigation we succeeded. Rob always kept me well informed about my rights and the options I had. It was nice to have someone in my corner that was always prepared and the fact that he was passionate about what he did didn't hurt either.
