Robert says he is here to help the working/union workers best needs, more like he is here to screw them over! he handled my divorce case and I lost EVERYTHING! Because HE told me I had to give this up! ALL of my 401K savings plan, $1300. a month in allimony, NO kids involved! He would tell me "You ar...e not going to have to pay anything, next thing you know I paid EVERYTHING! Mr. Starkman RUINED my life, on top of that I was in the middle of a chapter 13 bankruptcy, in which ALL allimony and or 401K info was to be approved by my Trustee from my divorce attorney, Mr. Starkman again assured me that he would take care of this, HE NEVER DID! My trustee is now going after him for Comtempt Of Court, as he did NOT follow federal bankruptcy laws! On top of this my Ex-spouse is still harassing me and my family. Please do not use Mr. Starkman, it will truly be a nightmare for you! Consider yourself warned.

I had a garnishment against me that left me with no money, Mr. Starkman was able to get an order for installment payments that made it so I could get the debt taken care of but still have money to pay bills and put food on the table. This was done quickly and he kept me informed the whole time of wh...at was happening and the process. I will definitely use him again if I am ever in need.

Robert Starkman went above and beyond what was required both personally and professionally while handling an Insurance/Estate case for me that spanned close to two and a half years. He was always easy to meet with and get in touch with, even meeting me at Starbucks on evenings and weekends. Mr Starkm...an was always supportive and encouraging during this difficult case, but what I appreciated most was his always realistic take on everything. He would always lay out both the strengths and the weaknesses of our case which gave a realistic perspective and understanding of what lay ahead for us during this process, he never sugar coated anything or gave us false hope. There were also several times when this seemed liked an endless and uphill battle, and Mr Starkman would never let me throw in the towel, only because he truly had my best interests in mind. When it came time for my case to go to trial I felt beyond confident that I truly had one of the best attorneys out there representing me, and he was able to facilitate a settlement that spared me from what could have potentially become a very ugly and unpleasant trial. There are not enough good things to say about working with Mr Starkman, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome he worked so hard to achieve for me.
