Robert says he is here to help the working/union workers best needs, more like he is here to screw them over! he handled my divorce case and I lost EVERYTHING! Because HE told me I had to give this up! ALL of my 401K savings plan, $1300. a month in allimony, NO kids involved! He would tell me "You ar...e not going to have to pay anything, next thing you know I paid EVERYTHING! Mr. Starkman RUINED my life, on top of that I was in the middle of a chapter 13 bankruptcy, in which ALL allimony and or 401K info was to be approved by my Trustee from my divorce attorney, Mr. Starkman again assured me that he would take care of this, HE NEVER DID! My trustee is now going after him for Comtempt Of Court, as he did NOT follow federal bankruptcy laws! On top of this my Ex-spouse is still harassing me and my family. Please do not use Mr. Starkman, it will truly be a nightmare for you! Consider yourself warned.

Robert Starkman charged me over $11,000 dollars for two months service and did not produce one result. He claims he wouldn't nickel and dime me for service, but did exactly that. I was so disappointed in his service I went to another firm. The transition was a nightmare. Instead of taking it as a... professional he took it personally. I am no where close to my hearing being over and he averaged more than $5,000 a month...not going even going to trial. Choose wisely and choose another lawyer.

I had a garnishment against me that left me with no money, Mr. Starkman was able to get an order for installment payments that made it so I could get the debt taken care of but still have money to pay bills and put food on the table. This was done quickly and he kept me informed the whole time of wh...at was happening and the process. I will definitely use him again if I am ever in need.
