David M. Sinutko

I met David honestly through God!! I caught a very serious case in Sterling Hts and he just happened to over hear some of the conversation and approached me and said he could help. This was a drunk driving case that I was clearly caught. Fast forward, he was able to get it knocked down to a careless ...driving. That wasn’t easy but he did it. Second I was caught with my legal fire arm but it was concealed with no CPL. Now I was in tough Oakland county and I am black. I knew my life was over but he got it knocked down to a misdemeanor!! Miracle!! I remember going to get pick up my gun from the officer who arrested me and he was furious because the case he knew was basically dropped. (lol) David also did my divorce. I remember going to court and my ex was really trying to stick it to me out of bitterness and jealousy but David was able to make sure everything was fair despite her lawyer and her lawyer’s father trying to tag team me. She basically had two lawyers and it was just David. This guy (David) works miracles and knows lot’s of important people. I would never think to call a different lawyer no matter how small or large the case is. He’s the man and have saved my life on several occasions. I strongly recommend him, trust me you won’t regret it!!

I could write a 7 paragraph review here but I’ll keep it short. David was outstanding. I am thrilled with the outcome of what he was able to do for me, I just wish I would have known about him sooner. I’ve been in the system for about 5 years, for something I shouldn’t have even been charged with.... I took the fall for a family business and went through 5 years of hell with horrible representation. I was referred to David after finding out my probation had been extended for another year, after being on it for 2 years already. Mind you, I did absolutely nothing for it to be extended, probation officer just said I still owe restitution so she’s going to extend it for another year. I contacted David and told him the situation. 4 days after contacting him I am now sitting here off of probation and doing all the fun activities that come along with being on probation. For the first time in 5 years I feel like I have my life back and it’s all thanks to David. I hope I will never have to hire him again but if I need representation, he will be my one and only call. I will refer everyone I know to him with extreme confidence. I cannot say enough good things about him and his team. Just an all around awesome group of people!!

Like most people would probably think, it's usually not a good thing when you're thrust into a situation that immediately requires a good attorney. It's scary when you're in the legal system. Suffice it to say, my situation kept snowballing. Soon as I knew it, I was dealing with three different as...pects of the legal system. Fortunately for me, someone had referred me to David Sinutko. He was forthright, explained everything, and kept me in the loop. But, above all else, he got results. And, at the end of the day, that's all that mattered. That being said, I'd recommend David Sinutko without hesitation.

I was referred to David after I received a super drunk driving ticket for moving a vehicle in a garage that was attached to a condo. It was questionable if the vehicle was actually on any public road. This was a complete mess in a very bad time in my life. David worked with me and the court system... through many adjournments and over a long period of time and the end result was ultimately favorable to me. I can not thank David enough for helping me through this incident in a very trying time in my life that could of potentially negatively impacted my career and rest of my life. I know a lot of attorneys and could of chosen any one of them however, David is not only knowledgeable he is truly an excellent attorney. I would highly recommend hiring David if one finds themselves in a similar situation.

In 2011 I had made a mistake that should have put me in jail for for a least a year, and if this had happened my life would had been ruined, because I would have not been able to pursue my future career in Law enforcement. However, I was introuduced to Daid Sinutko, and all of a sudden, there was sti...ll hope. Mr Sinutko, was not only able to keep me out of jail, he was able to make all the charges disappear, and have them replaced with a minor traffic ticket. Thanks to all his hard work, I was able to pursue a future in Law Enforcement. I am writting this review now, because my dream did come true, thanks to the long hours and hard work of David Sinutko.
