I hired Mr. David after I ran into some trouble while workin in MI. I live in Texas and was workin up in MI and was pulled over and arrested for a OWI. While my truck was bein inventoried for it to be towed the arresting officer found a firearm in my truck. I’m from Texas I always have a firearm but ...apparently in MI you cannot have any alcohol in your system with a firearm. I was facing 4 charges 2 of them bein felonies. A felony firearm in MI is 2 years minimum in prison. I thought my life was over. I actually got Mr. David’s contact from my bailbondsman who had told me that his son used Mr. David and was very pleased. From the initial meeting with him he was confident and reassured me that he was not gonna let me go to prison. Finally after a year the charges were reduced to an OWI 2nd (previously had 2 priors 15-16 years ago) and the felony firearm was reduced to a illegal transport of a firearm which is a very low misdemeanor. He kept his word and no jail time was served and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
