David M. Sinutko

I hired Mr. David after I ran into some trouble while workin in MI. I live in Texas and was workin up in MI and was pulled over and arrested for a OWI. While my truck was bein inventoried for it to be towed the arresting officer found a firearm in my truck. I’m from Texas I always have a firearm but ...apparently in MI you cannot have any alcohol in your system with a firearm. I was facing 4 charges 2 of them bein felonies. A felony firearm in MI is 2 years minimum in prison. I thought my life was over. I actually got Mr. David’s contact from my bailbondsman who had told me that his son used Mr. David and was very pleased. From the initial meeting with him he was confident and reassured me that he was not gonna let me go to prison. The case went on for a full year and throughout the whole process he never deterred his confidence or his professionalism. He was always reassuring and encouraging me to ask him questions and was just very open to me bein fully involved with what was goin on which was great for my peace of mind. Finally after a year the charges were reduced to an OWI 2nd (previously had 2 priors 15-16 years ago) and the felony firearm was reduced to a illegal transport of a firearm which is a very low misdemeanor. He kept his word and no jail time was served and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would most definitely recommend Mr. David to anyone who needs a solid attorney who knows MI laws and is not afraid to go toe to toe with prosecutors. He is a grade A attorney in my book and I could not be more happy with my decision that I chose him.

I met David honestly through God!! I caught a very serious case in Sterling Hts and he just happened to over hear some of the conversation and approached me and said he could help. This was a drunk driving case that I was clearly caught. Fast forward, he was able to get it knocked down to a careless ...driving. That wasn’t easy but he did it. Second I was caught with my legal fire arm but it was concealed with no CPL. Now I was in tough Oakland county and I am black. I knew my life was over but he got it knocked down to a misdemeanor!! Miracle!! I remember going to get pick up my gun from the officer who arrested me and he was furious because the case he knew was basically dropped. (lol) David also did my divorce. I remember going to court and my ex was really trying to stick it to me out of bitterness and jealousy but David was able to make sure everything was fair despite her lawyer and her lawyer’s father trying to tag team me. She basically had two lawyers and it was just David. This guy (David) works miracles and knows lot’s of important people. I would never think to call a different lawyer no matter how small or large the case is. He’s the man and have saved my life on several occasions. I strongly recommend him, trust me you won’t regret it!!

There aren't enough positive adjectives to describe how happy I was to select David Sinutko as my attorney. Knowledgeable, professional, decisive, caring, responsive, confident, punctual....etc. You get the picture!! I was arrested for driving with a high BAC. Every attorney I talked to said it woul...d be impossible to get a reduced violation. David Sinutko was recommended to me by a co-worker and I'm so glad we met. Mr. Sinutko gave me direction and guidance on what steps would be necessary to help my case. Once we got to court, he was extremely prepared and presented my case flawlessly. I was referred to David after I received a super drunk driving ticket for moving a vehicle in a garage that was attached to a condo. It was questionable if the vehicle was actually on any public road. This was a complete mess in a very bad time in my life.
